Brandy has alot to smile about. The buzz generated for her new album Two Eleven is quite a huge one. With the first single “Put It Down” peaking so far at #90 on the Billboard  Hot 100, and #13 on the Billboard R&B/Hip-Hop chart, she is on her way back to the limelight.  To increase even more interest in to her new project, Brandy has released the tracklisting to her album:

Noticeably absent from the tracklisting is her duet with Monica “It All Belongs To Me”.  Could it be the fact that the track completely bombed at radio, despite the fact that they performed it numerous times?! The only guest feature is Chris Brown.   He even has writer’s credit on another track on her new album.  The question is…will you be LEGALLY buying the album, we will!!

…a song titled “Wildest Dreams”. Brandy describes the song as having a “hard 90s beat with a Mary J. knock”.   Brandy’s current first official single “Put It Down” featuring Chris Brown is steadily climbing up the charts. It is currently sitting at #22 on Billboard’s Top R&B/Hip-Hop songs chart.  The video premiered a week ago, and already has over 4 million views on Vevo.  Brandy seems to not be playing around this album.  She knows that after two albums in a row that did not sell well, this is do or die.  Brandy hasn’t had a hit song since 2002′s single “Full Moon”.  That is over 10 years ago.  We cannot wait to hear this project in its entirety.  Brandy’s 6th studio album “2/11″ will be released on October 16th.

Brandy has finally shot her first music video in almost four years.  In the picture above you can see that Brandy is back to rocking her signature braids which helped her become famous in the first place .  I wonder will she rocking those braids when she sings the line “I gotta go old school wit it sometimes/still keep it so/2012…” We will see.  Chris Brown is also featured in the video.  The creative director/choreographer of the video is the legendary Frank Gatson (Beyonce, Destiny’s Child, etc.) So we are expecting a dance heavy video.  The video is supposed to drop sometime this month, with her album Two Eleven dropping on August 28th.  Currently, the song has peaked at #54 on the Billboard Hot R&B/Hip Hop Songs Chart, and has been released since May.  Hopefully, once the visual is released, and with some live performances, she can get her first big hit in 10 years since the single “Full Moon”.  We are rooting for you Brandy.  More pictures from the video shoot down below:

Yosssssss! Brandy aka B-Rocka is back in a BIG way. The first single from her upcoming album Two Eleven (in stores in June)  has finally premiered! The song is titled “Put It Down” and it features Chris Brown.  Finally, Brandy is releasing an uptempo song as the first offering of the new project.  We cannot stop playing this song.  It has been on repeat since we first heard it.  I am so excited for Brandy and her new project. The track features her signature harmonies, and her rap-singing.  Chris Brown straight up raps on the track.  Take a listen to this song, and I guarantee you that Brandy is going to have her first hit in several years.  This is what she needs being that her comeback single with Monica “It All Belongs To Me” flopped on the charts completely.  Listen to the song down below, and let us know what you think:

Jennifer Hudson and Neyo are back with the lead single off the Think Like A Man  movie soundtrack.  The song which is the same titled as movie, “Think Like A Man”, also features rapper Rick Ross. The video premiered on February 29th, and it features Jennifer Hudson doing choreography in the video. The song has currently peaked at #52 on the Billboard Hot R&B/Hip Hop Songs chart. Kevin Hart also makes a cameo appearance in the music video.  The movie Think Like A Man movie is based off the best-selling Steve Harvey book and features Michael Ealy, Gabrielle Union, Meagan Good, Chris Brown, Taraji P. Henson, Terrance J and many more. The movie comes out on April 20th. Check out the video for the lead single from this movie down below:

Yes, you read the title of this post right, Rihanna and Chris Brown reunited for her upcoming single “Birthday Cake (Remix)”.  The song which was originally just an interlude on Rihanna’s current album Talk That Talk, has been turned into a full song.  There had been speculation that the two would be working together after pictures surfaced of them coming out of the same recording studio. He also was at her birthday bash in LA, and asked workers their to sign a confidentiality agreement.  This is the first time the two have worked together since he co-wrote her #1 single “Disturbia”.  Check out the track that everyone will be talking about for some time down below, and let us know what you think:

Chris Brown’s visual for “Turn The Music Up” has finally premiered.  The song is the lead single off of his upcoming 5th studio album, Fortune, which is due out March 16th.  The song is produced by The Underdogs.  The single is reminiscent of his previous singles “Yeah (3X)”, and “Forever”.  He is sticking with the formula of his past most recent hits.  Fresh off his Grammy win, this should be a surefire hit for him.  Check out his new video right down below:

Chris Brown has always been battling someone in the media (ex. Rihanna, Frank Ocean, GMA’s host Robin Roberts, etc).  This time Chris Brown is having more of a personal battle…with his neighbors.  Chris Brown lives in West Hollywood, CA.  His neighbors have complained that he plays his music extremely loud, parks in handicapped spaces, and races his dogs in the hallways.  Chris Brown’s attorney states that “the deed clearly shows the tow spaces belong to Chris, but the developer never disclosed the spots were reserved for the handicapped”.   In addition to all the complaints, there is allegedly graffiti  on the elevator walls with the initials CB.  Wow! Chris Brown if this is true, please try to be a bit more mindful of your neighbors.
